Monitoring a weekend coastal low closely… 

Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected Thursday, then turning mostly cloudy overnight. It will be remain cooler than average and bit breezy today, with some peak gusts up to 25mph.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies follow Friday, and highs near the 70° mark, and also an isolated shower is possible during the afternoon and overnight. We continue to monitor a coastal low development and possible impacts to our region in the Saturday-Sunday time frame, but presently there isn’t a lot of support for a direct hit to our local regions other than the aggressive (but persistent) ECMWF. As such, we have variably cloudy skies both weekend days… but did introduce low chances (30%) for showers Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday. Fair skies are expected to return once again early next week with comfortable low 70s Monday, then warming to slightly above average temps in the mid to upper 70s Tuesday-Wednesday.
