You can sign into an existing My Pocket Meteorologist account by visiting https://mpm.epawaweather.com under “secure client login”. Use the email address that you signed up with, and the password that you selected at sign-up (case and space sensitive). If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page under “secure client login”.
If you need to manage a credit card or payment option, you can do so once logged into your account (see above) by using the menu options at the top of the page. Options to manage credit cards, order new services or amend existing services, view and pay invoices, and cancellations can all be self-managed and maintained from the billing system. We cannot manage your payment options or account for you.
