Do you need help with signing up for or managing MPM services?

The sign-up and information page for first time users can be found at with several options available to choose from.

For existing or previous MPM customers, you can sign into an existing My Pocket Meteorologist account by visiting under "secure client login". Use the email address that you signed up with, and the password that you selected at sign-up (case and space sensitive). If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page under "secure client login" and a new password will be sent to the email that you signed up with. If the password reset doesn't work, it is likely because you specified an email address that is different from what we have on file.

If you need to manage a credit card or payment option, you can do so once logged into your account (see above) by using the menu options at the top of the page. Options to manage credit cards, order new services or amend existing services, view and pay invoices, and cancellations can all be self-managed and maintained from the billing system. We cannot manage your payment options or account for you.
