Shane Martrich
Shane grew up in Macungie, PA and had a passion for weather since he was a child. He is the oldest son of EPAWA owner and founder Bobby Martrich. While following his father’s work over many years, it piqued his interest in furthering his education formally in the field. He graduated from Millersville University in 2023 with Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology. He is currently a Masters candidate at the University of Wyoming, furthering his studies of Atmospheric Sciences. Shane contributes to the EPAWA team in the premium forum, most notably with his expertise in mesoscale meteorology and severe weather, and behind the scenes consultation with private clients.
