Several days of dry weather expected through the weekend… watching a frontal boundary for early next week…

Partly to mostly sunny skies are expected on Wednesday in the wake of Florence’s remnants, and humidity will be lower today than it has been recently. Highs will still be on the warm side this afternoon, with near 80° expected. Clear to partly cloudy skies follow overnight.

Thursday we expect seasonable temperatures, and even lower dewpoints in the mid-50s, making for a very nice day. Turning warmer on Friday with partly cloudy skies expected ahead of the next cold front.  A shower is possible during the evening or early overnight period Friday night, then behind the front, Saturday is mostly sunny and cooler after any morning clouds dissipate. It now looks like the frontal boundary Friday night/early Saturday is modeled to be a bit more progressive, which should keep Sunday dry as well, but close enough where we have to watch for perhaps more clouds than sun, especially later in the day. That front will begin moving northward on Monday, leading to mostly cloudy skies, and then showers are expected along that warm front Monday night and Tuesday.
